Vitamins and supplements are essential to every day functions of our bodies, growth, and nutrition. They are important in the process of breaking down carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. They are vital to our digestive and nervous systems. When a person is deficient in any of them, they can feel the ill effects it can have their body, mind, and overall sense of wellness. Vitamins and minerals have very specific functions and assist the body in the most intricate of processes related to our metabolism which directly affects our energy. There can be many reasons why someone can become deficient in one or more, most common is poor dietary choices.
For some, they may have malabsorption issues like leaky gut, food sensitivities, inflammatory bowel diseases or celiac disease. There are vitamins and supplements that help with oxidative stress and help your body clear toxins from your body while supportive normal healthy cell function.
Natural Process -of the body, where our white blood cells fight off infection caused by a foreign substance like viruses and bacteria.
Stress –something that impacts the body, whether viral or bacterial infections or emotional, physical, chemical or environmental, it reacts by trying to fight off any foreign substance affecting the body.
Diet -greatly affects our immune systems and this inflammation response, especially when we are eating foods that our full of bad fats and chemicals that are not natural to our system or even naturally found in nature.
Carbs –like white starches, refined sugars, and high fructose corn syrup, which are found in most processed and packages foods, causes our body to react with inflammation.
Fats -So when we ingest bad fats our white blood cells try to swallow them up and try to digest the LDL, in an attempt to protect the blood vessels from being affected. In the process, the white blood cells convert the LDL to a toxic (oxidized) form, a chemical reaction that causes inflammation.
Chronic -inflammation can block our hormones and affects our cells from functioning normally. It causes increased risks of heart disease, diabetes, cancers, Alzheimer’s, autoimmune disorders, joint and muscle aches and pains, and obesity.
Stress is anything that impacts the body, whether chemical, phyisical, environmental, or emtional, our body then reacts and responds. Over time, if we are in a constant state of stress we can develop physical symptoms and a sense of being "out of control" with our diets, not sleeping, and lack of motivation. We live in a world that is fast paced and so many of us carry a lot of responsibilities to our family, friends, and work. It is important to take time for ourselves to decompress mentally and physically. This can be easily done with meditation or even a good book, long walks, yoga, or hitting the gym. Both help to limit the ill affects of our perceived stress by mentally coping better in a emotionally triggered situation or by sweating out the toxins that have built up in our system. This helps improve joint and muscular pain by building up strength and flexiability and limit soft tissue injury like sprains and strains and liver damage that comes from over taxing the body.
Sleep is essential for feeling rested and having the energy needed throughout the day. It is important to get to bed at a decent hour because our bodies work on a 24-hour circadian rhythm. Almost all our cellular repair and hormone production, like for our adrenals, are made while we are sleeping so we need restorative sleep cycles for this to happen. Our adrenal gland makes most of our cortisol at night and if we go to bed late after 11-11:30 pm we get another surge of cortisol which can make it difficult to fall a sleep or if we are restless at night, waking multiple times a night again we will have less cortisol than what we will need come morning and having trouble waking up and getting out of bed. If you can’t sleep it hard to fix anything else like your energy level and metabolism, which can lead to poor lifestyle choices.
Breathing is more important than just oxygenating our lungs, we must get the oxygen into our cells for energy. Our body needs oxygen and uses it in forms like hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and ozone (O3) which help to kill off foreign bacterias and cancer cells. Without good oxygenation at the cellular level, it leads to oxidation which is bad for us. Oxidation comes from our body not being able to process or breakdown free radicals and toxins that we get exposed to from our diets and environment. Theses free radicals enter our bodies and when we cannot able to eliminate them, it can lead to chronic inflammation, decreased immunity, increase in disease formation, cellular changes and death. Oxygen helps to keep our bodies in an alkaline state which staves off these “foreign enemies” but when we are low in oxygen we are in an acidic state which allows for viruses, bacterial, and fungal infections to flourish which again impact our normal cells and can cause changes leading to autoimmune disorders and cancer cell formation. We can drink filtered water and even can get alkaline water, or consider oxidative therapy with ozone and H2O2. We can improve our PH balance and or our voltage with things like Bio-Terminal Therapy, and by breathing and relaxation, vitamins like ferritin which help to bind oxygen to hemoglobin to get O2 into our cells, taking antioxidants like L-glutathione, vitamin C, resveratrol, and curcumin to support our body in removal of these toxins.
Cholesterol is an essential make up of our cells, without enough good cholesterol our cells can not repair themselves and our brains can not function. It is not always the fats we are consuming but about the types. Elevated lipids, or fat in your blood stream are known as HDL (high-density lipoprotein) the good, LDL (low-density lipoprotein) is considered the bad, and triglycerides the ugly. A lipoprotein helps to bind to lipids and transport them and can be either high or low density. When a person has higher levels of HDL helps by removing the bad cholesterol from the body, which decreases chances of heart disease. This is done by increasing dietary intake of omega 3 fatty acids like olive oil, fish oil, flax oil, tree nuts, and avocados. LDL can collect along the walls of your arteries causing blockages, atherosclerosis which can lead to heart disease and stroke. These are also trans fats which comes from fatty cuts of meat, processed food made with hydrogenated fats like cookies, bakes goods, crackers, margarines, icings, fried foods, and snack foods. Triglycerides are the byproduct of fats from the foods we eat and can also be produced from some carbohydrates. It is actually the fat circulating in our blood and can lead to atherosclerosis, heart disease, and diabetes.
So when our cholesterol levels are high our liver may not be functioning very well and our body may be just trying to help heal some type of cellular damage. By doing a liver detoxification with vitamins/supplements, dietary changes, and getting good sleep and oxigenation it can bring your body back into homeostasis or balance.
Sweating is good for you. Sweating is one of the body’s safest and most natural ways to heal and maintain good health. And that’s why every Sunlighten detox sauna is specifically designed to promote a deep, healthy and natural detoxifying sweat.
Infrared saunas have resulted in effective in pain management therapy for many different ailments. Here are just some of the conditions in which infrared sauna therapy has been successfully used for pain relief. Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) Those who suffer from PAD can experience severe leg pain caused by reduced blood flow and oxygen to the lower legs, which can get worse with walking. But Japanese researchers found that infrared sauna sessions of just 15 minutes a day significantly lowered pain, and patients were able to walk twice as far without pain. 4 Rheumatoid Arthritis and Ankylosing Spondylitis Those who suffer from autoimmune conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis often struggle with pain management that comes with hefty side effects. But with sauna therapy, pain relief can be found without negative outcomes. A study has shown that while in the sauna, all patients with these conditions felt significantly better, and at the end of the study, those with rheumatoid arthritis showed improvements in pain and fatigue while not in the sauna. 4 Fibromyalgia Fibromyalgia causes pain throughout the entire body, with particular areas of sensitivity. Studies have shown that not only does infrared sauna use help with natural pain relief during treatment, but even months after ending sauna treatment the pain was still significantly lower. 4 Emotional Pain Physical pain is often given much more credit in our society than pain caused by emotion. But medical doctors have begun to understand the real physiological impact of psychological issues. Infrared sauna therapy works for the pain that can’t be seen, too. In the same study of chronic pain patients, researchers also found that patients had a statistically lower anger level compared to those not in the sauna group.
That’s where we come in with the Sunlighten brand of weight training: sauna weight loss. Using infrared heat technology to burn calories, our saunas – and only our saunas – are clinically shown to aid weight loss. In a 2009 study, our infrared saunas were shown to help lower weight and waist circumference in just a three-month period. The common theme among subjects in the study was that far infrared sauna use was similar to moderate exercise but “much more relaxing”. Therefore, Sunlighten saunas can be an effective lifestyle advantage for those who cannot participate in traditional exercise programs due to medical conditions such as osteoarthritis, cardiovascular or respiratory problems.1 In addition, according to information published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, infrared sauna weight loss sessions were shown to burn up to 600 calories.2 During a sauna weight loss session, core temperatures increase. The body has to work hard to cool itself, causing a healthy sweat. Using an infrared sauna increases heart rate, cardiac output and metabolic rate, burning more calories, leading to more weight loss. And blood flow rises, increasing from 5-7 quarts up to 13 quarts a minute.3 Plus, regular use of a Sunlighten sauna may provide many of the same benefits as regular exercise, such as cardiovascular conditioning. That’s right, using Sunlighten for infrared weight loss therapy is like giving yourself a passive cardio workout – wherever and whenever you need it!
IMMUNE SYSTEM SUPPORT AND MUSCLE RECOVERY
Stay healthy with the natural preventive properties of Sunlighten’s patented heating technology, which aids in cell health, muscle recovery and overall immunity defense. Sunlighten infrared therapy stimulates the circulatory system, causing the heart to beat more vigorously and blood vessels to dilate, which help cleanse the circulatory system and more fully oxygenate the body’s cells. Better blood circulation means more toxins flow from the cellular level to the skin’s surface to improve cell health, aid in muscle recovery and strengthen the immune system. LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE AND I
Using infrared sauna have been clinical researched and shown to reduce your blood pressure and increase vascular blood flow because it cause vessels to open and relax.

CJC-1295 + IPAMORELINI
Is Are a 30 amino acid peptide hormone that has shown promising and amazing results as a Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) analog. CJC-1295 stimulates HGH secretion and can provide a steady increase of HGH with minimal effect on cortisol and prolactin levels. This means increased protein synthesis thus promoting growth and fat loss simultaneously. Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin and binds to the ghrelin receptor (or GH secretagogue receptor, GHSR) in the brain, thereby selectively stimulating there lease of GH from the pituitary gland. This results in increased plasma GH levels, which would affect many biological processes. Unlike other GH releasing peptides, Ipamorelin only stimulates GH release in a manner very similar to that of growth hormone releasing hormone. This combination results in a great aid for sleep, energy, stamina and recovery benefits.
BENEFITS MAY INCLUDE:
• Promotes lipolysis• Improves sleep quality• Increased energy• Increased endurance• Improved cellular repair• Increased IGF-1• Increased bone density• Accelerated injury recovery• Improved immune system• Increased protein synthesis• Increase in lean body mass• Increased collagen production• Increase in lean body mass• Less appetite stimulation.
AOD-9604 (Advanced Obesity Drug)
Is a synthetic peptide fragment that comprises a modified 15 aminoacid region of GH with a tyrosine component to help stabilize the molecule. It was originally developed byProfessor Frank Ng at Monash University in Australia, with the intent of finding an anti-obesity drug that hadthe fat burning effects of human growth hormone (HGH) without the muscle-building effect. Similar to GH,AOD9604 aids weight reduction in rodent models of obesity and was originally developed for thetreatment of obesity in humans. Additionally, it does not stimulate the production of IGF-1, has positiveeffects on the differentiation of adipose mesenchymal stem cells into bone, and was found to promoteproteoglycan and collagen production in isolated bovine chondrocytes in an in vitro study. Its positiveeffects include promoting the repair of bone and cartilage in cases of OA.
BENEFITS MAY INCLUDE:
• Promotes lipolysis without effecting blood sugar or tissue growth • Prompts fat release from obese fat cells• Prevents lipogenesis (fat accumulation) • Treatment in osteoarthritis, hypercholesterolemia, bone and cartilage repair - results favored when combined with BPC-157 • Boosts the body’s metabolism • Less appetite stimulation.
